Express UK delivery
Good pots, packed with care and sent with the tracked DPD Next Day delivery service. We deliver to England, Scotland and Wales only. We are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland.
Delivery charges
There is no minimum order value. Express delivery is charged according to your basket value:

Spend £50 or more to enjoy free express delivery.
Processing and dispatch
Please allow 1–2 days for processing. We dispatch Monday–Saturday and do not dispatch on Sundays. Each pot is checked and protectively wrapped before it leaves us.
DPD Next Day is the delivery service used after dispatch; it does not mean delivery the day after you place your order. Carrier transit begins after our processing time.
We email you when your order is confirmed and again when it is dispatched, with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel. For a particular arrival date, email hello@potandplanter.co.uk before ordering.
If an item needs additional processing, we will contact you with an update.
Delivery instructions and safe places
You can add instructions for the courier at checkout, and we pass these on securely. Use this to tell us about any access requirements or a safe place where your parcel can be left. Parcels left unattended at your request are left at your own risk, and we cannot offer a refund if they are lost or damaged by the weather.
Incorrect delivery details
Please check your delivery details carefully. If they are wrong and we are not told before dispatch, we cannot accept responsibility for the parcel. We will only resend or refund an order once it has come back to us in a condition we can resell, and any further delivery charges will be payable by you.
Where we deliver
We deliver to England, Scotland and Wales only. We are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland. The express delivery bands above apply to these delivery areas. We do not offer international delivery, including to the Republic of Ireland or the Channel Islands. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
Damaged items and returns
Each item is checked and wrapped before it leaves us. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email hello@potandplanter.co.uk as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photographs of the item and its packaging. We will then agree with you whether a replacement, partial refund or full refund is the right outcome.
You can also cancel within 14 days of receiving your order if you change your mind. Our Refund Policy explains how.
Sizes, colours and finishes
We measure every pot ourselves, and the sizes given are approximate. Glazed, hand-finished and natural-material pots vary slightly from piece to piece in size, colour, glaze and texture. We photograph our products as accurately as we can, although colours can look a little different from one screen to another.
